I am very impressed with the services I received. They told me initially that I had a good case(which I believed) and they fought my case and I got my license back. I wouldn’t have been able to do this alone. I was so impressed with their intelligence And confidence That they wrote on my behalf. I called Cathy at Save My License because I got charged for leaving the scene of an accident and I had to appear in court to make a plea. I've never had to appear in court before so I was afraid because I didn't know what to expect. Cathy took my statement and told me not to worry she believes I probably would get a small fine and no demerits, that's exactly what I got. Cathy answered all my concerns during the whole process. I was very pleased with how I was treated and the results I received.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
I got a ticket in May 2019 paid her about $300. I've called numerous times, and when she does answer, always says she'll get back to me. NEVER DOES!
I've called and sent email numerous times, and she doesn't respond. Someone named Jefferey responded and I found out from him that the date was moved to July. Then nothing again!
I've never had any updates, so I called Cathy again (Save My License) yesterday, and she once again said she new who I was, and as soon as she arrived at the office would call me back to let me know how the case was gong. Nothing again! No call, no update, no nothing!
So I found the correct number and called the court, only to find out the case has been resolved & nothing changed. I had to pay the same fine that was given. I have to say the officer who gave me the ticket was very pleasant and did his job. This has to do with a horrible company!
If I didn't call & find out the resolve on my own, I would not have known and would have to pay an additional fine for late fees. Not to mention maybe an arrest warrant.
This company should be put out of business. ***
Be very careful as I also blame the courts office for sending people to places like these. (I spoke to a very nice lady at *** She's the one who finally gave me some info, and told me that they do send people to 3rd party companies like this.
I paid her $1150 to fight 2 tickets and nothing was done and my license was suspended, I asked for a refund and she ignored me and said she will talk to accounting and nothing... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
This company promised to appear in Court in Hinton on my behalf. Did not show. Will not return calls or emails. Considering this a *** company
I had an issue with a traffic ticket this company willingly reached out to want to help with. Cathy called me 1 time, other communication was thru emails which I do have. To date I have yet to hear back from them with an update and my ticket had to be paid prior to license replacement. I would like them to respond to me and follow thru with their end of the contract as stated via email
July 2019:
*** I contacted them to fight a speeding ticket and met with Cathy ***, one of the owners. She demanded $500 right away so that they can start working on the "file". I gave the first deposit of $500 but after a couple of hours, checked their review online. Noticed that they have been *** people all over the place and they don't even represent you. I called them right away and asked her to cancel the service and give me my money back. She said yes and that was about 2 months ago. She came up with excuses and excuses about etransfer issues, bank issues, their accountant issues and never ever reimbursed me my money.

Paid company to represent me in court. They did not attend. This resulted in an arrest warrant.
I retained the services of Save My License on 31 May 2016 for the sum of $600.00
They were supposed to fight two tickets for me. They did not. Neither did they appear in court.
This fact was mentioned by the Justice of Peace and Calgary Police.
I tried to contact them after the case on June 9, 2016, but they did not respond (I have evidence of this)
They claimed to call me numerous times and left voicemail. After I told them I had no voicemail, they went quiet. I asked for telephone records, they could not supply this.
I lived in Toronto at the time, hence retaining the companies services.
Upon entering customs in May 2017, I was detained and advised of a warrant for my arrest.
I had to reopen the case with the help of Calgary Police (courts would not reopen case).
I had to attend the hearing date and trial date at additional cost.
I wrote to them 3 times, explaining I would press charges if we could not settle this amicably.
They did not care.
Their services have cost me $1800.00 in travel expenses - including the $600 I paid them.
This company has already been previously reported to Revdex.com, CAFC & CPS.
They should not be allowed to operate or scam others.

This person endangered the public, by driving.in a manner that was was considered by the prosecutor to be so serious he would not negotiate. The client lied to us by telling us a completely different story. The clients case was set for trial and the client who knew the date did not appear and we had no further instructions. We had to let the file go to warrant. The client states that he contacted us and we did not contact him. We have stated that he had lied to us before and he does continue his practice. He refers to business reviews and we acknowledge there are some over a number of years.
The people that contact the BBC are unhappy they did not get the desired result. The complaints are not investigated by the BBC and are not factual. We can get a higher rating by the BBC if we wished to settle the complaints however we do not. The public should be aware that the writer of this complaint does not write the complaint for the readers info,but to attempt to get back at us and hurt our business.It is unfortunate that the BBC encourages this practice. The BBC would be better serving the public by having determined our value by talking with prosecutors,police,commissioners instead of reacting to people who cause there own problems by disobeying the law in the first place.
The writer has not given his description of the police service that he shared with us and you might be assured that it was less than perfect.
It's a scam, they will not do the job you hired them to do, but you can't expect much from ex cops
