Save On Septic Services Inc.

After pumping out septic tank in September we dropped off a cheque for full payment to the office Never heard from them again In June we received a letter from a collection agency saying we had not paid the billOur records showed that we made out a cheque to Save On but that the cheque was never cashed Of course, we immediately paid the bill through the collection agencyWhen we contacted Save On to ask why they would not try to contact us or send us a letter about the problem they said that they did but could provide no evidence of this nor any explanation of the timing of the letter; they were unsympathetic I'm upset that we got a letter from a collection agency nearly years after the service was provided and no communication from Save On telling us there was a problemWe pay our billsAlwaysWe have never received a letter from a collection agency An apology would be nice

Not a great company to deal with. They don't show up when they say they will and don't bother to let you know they aren't coming.
