I had a horrible experience during the sales process and found that the sales staff had told my wife and I many falsehoods about the product and installation process Unfortunately, my tub developed a defective pump assembly and I had to contact them again Their response was to expect payment up front for a $Diagnostic fee They said that they would decide what needed to be done from that point on I went another route but I sent them an update The comments are below
Just an update
I decided to contact *** myself to see what service options I had They put me in touch with someone that immediately took care of the problem My pump was sent to me in a matter of a couple days for the total price of $ I had a professional install it and the total cost was less than the so called Diagnostic Fee you wanted to charge me
I feel strongly that you people should have done the customer service thing correctly and fixed my problem It appears to me that your whole organization is filled with "used car salesman" types You seem to work hard at getting a sale by spouting falsehoods about the product and installation process Then you follow it up with extremely poor customer service *** *** *** *** ***

I decided to contact [redacted] myself to see what service options I had. They put me in touch with someone that immediately took care of the problem. My pump was sent to me in a matter of a couple days for the total price of $30.00. I had a professional install it and the total cost was less than the so called Diagnostic Fee you wanted to charge me.
I feel strongly that you people should have done the customer service thing correctly and fixed my problem. It appears to me that your whole organization is filled with "used car salesman" types. I purchased a [redacted] spa from Save on Spas 6 1/2 years ago and I have had nothing but problems. I find out now after having to replace the main computer within the first year, replacing two fuses in the next couple of years, ozinator and DC for the stereo after 4 years and many leaking seals and joints in between with the current problem of having to now replace the number 2 pump only to be told they don't use the service people they told me to use as they were gouging customers and now their hands are washed of the situation. My advice is anyone looking for a hot tub buy a cheap one as opposed to the top of the line model I bought and buy elsewhere as you don't get any support.
