We emailed the customer and she asked that her order be resent We have done this (ePacket/Canada Post # [redacted] - it's currently in transit) and also issued her a courtesy $gift certificate

Customer was owed a $14 refund which our prior customer support staff failed to do. This refund has now been issued and the customer notified.

Dear Revdex.com, This customer has been refunded. We shipped our products from abroad, his order might got lost in the mail and that's probably why it never arrived, but we have already issued a $6.99 refund of the shipping costs this customer paid (since the product he purchased is a free item) Kind regards, Rick [redacted]Save Our Oceans
