Review: I made a payment totaling $3000.00 to this company, with the agreement that they would modify our home loan. None of the agents are answering the phone or email. I authorized an automatic debit for the funds from our checking account, and now I am in the arrears with our mortgage.Desired Settlement: I would desire to be refunded for the money that we paid for this modification and to have this agency investigated.

Review: I was contacted by save point financial , they offered to help me lower my mortgage, interest rate and mortgage payments. they hounded us to get the paperwork filled out and post dated checks sent out. after the information was sent, they were nearly impossible to contact and it took days to get a return call. they continued to tell us to be patient and to not pay our mortgage until this process was comp;eted. they continued to tell us to be patient even when our lender sent certified letters threatening to foreclose on our house. after 4 months we were finally contacted by our mortgage company who then told us they had recieved none of the information save point was supposed to send them. we ended up working directly with our mortgage company and had to resend all information directly to them. save point did nothing they said they would do. we did all work ourselves with the mortgage company with no help from save point financial. I want a full refund of $2895.00 as they did nothing for us. I am disgusted that this company is praying on homeowners who are enduring a financila hardship!!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the $2895.00 that I paid them

Review: Mr. [redacted] fraudulent claimed he had an authorization from the Government Housing Authority to assist us (my wife and I),misrepresenting federal agency, that an approval # [redacted] from the Federal Govt was granted us , and the closing cost of $6125.00 reduced by Federal grant of $2135.00,, with our mortgage loan modification through the TARP program. He claimed the government offered us a lower monthly payment and they subsidized the closing cost for the modification to $3990, which we paid in two installments by our PNC Bank check. He claimed he contacted our Mortgage provider, Bank of America, that will have to honor the new payment approved by the Federal Government, but we found that he did not present Bank of America with the offer he claimed government made but was trying to come in as a third party to the loan modification already offered with higher payment amount before we ever had anything with him.We have been trying to contact him and his associates since then to no avail. His associates are he claimed working together with him and who have contacted us are:[redacted] extension [redacted] or [redacted] or [redacted]I have not been hearing from any of them neither received any response from them as to the update on the loan modification or refund of the closing cost we paid when no loan is closed. Please help to resolve.[redacted] & [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund of the closing cost amount of $3990.00 with interest for the loan that did not close or modified or let them get us our loan modification they offered and promised.Thank you.[redacted] & [redacted]

Review: Save Point Financial had emailed me know that I was facing difficulty with my mortgage and as I explained to them that I asked for a 4 month forbearance with [redacted] due to The Sandy Storm and a company filing chapter 13, who owed me $9000 in back pay for appraisal. I explained to them that [redacted] took a 1.5 years to come to a decision on my modification and they turned me down , even though I can afford my mtge. Save point told me that they can help me with a Govt. [redacted]oan and they sent me a bunch of forms to fill out and they said that I was approved and asked me for 2 payments of $1200. totaling $2400, which they were constantly in touch me . After that I sent them the rest of the paperwork and they said back in March that they needed my February bank statement. My problem is their phones are disconnected, I emailed them a numerous amount of times since I sent them the money back in Dec. 2014 and I am facing possible foreclosure . I hired an attorney who told me to file chapter 13 to stop foreclosure, but I can afford my mortgage and I have no debt except my mortgage. I was told as soon as they receive my paperwork then it will stop all pre-foreclosure proceedings. I am finding no support with this company , never can reach anyone , [redacted] or [redacted]) ..Something is not right here and I need a quick resolve to save my home, and so far this has cost me $1300 retainer to hire this real estate lawyer because of this company. I trusted these people and they took advantage of my situation financially.Desired Settlement: my outcome would be an immediate refund plus the $1300. non refundable retainer , or finish the job that I hired and paid you to do. I als expect if they are going to complete the job , I need cooperation on the part with follow up emails and return emails as to the status of their service, which I doubt I will get since their phone are out of order. Mainly I will take the refund if they can't help me and if they did scam me , then I will have them prosecuted . Thank you

Review: Save Point Financial emailed me and called numerous times in regards to guaranteeing a loan modification on my outrageous home loan interest rate. Save point sent me paperwork where it states I qualify for 4 percent loan modification. It stated that I qualified under a HUD program for that interest rate because of my divorce. The HUD program apparently covered half of their "fee" and I had to pay the other half. I have all the voice messages from representatives from save point financial advising me of the "progress" of my loan modification. I paid this company almost $3,000.00 and for almost a month and a half after cashing my USAA check they stayed in

Contact with me. Even got assigned to [redacted] (Loss Mitigation Processor). Then the call stopped coming and there were no responses to my emails. Along with paying them they also requested financial worksheets, current bills and w2 tax information in order to (process) my loan modification. Since they began this loan modification I have fallen delinquent in my mortgage payments by almost 4 months.Desired Settlement: I would like to find out if I can get my money back and inquire what occurred to the very sensitive personal information I provided this (company). These people pray on individuals that are in dire straights and need their (services). I would like for no one else to fall victim to these people. Please advise me what else I can to to take legal action against these people and find out how to recover my money, if at all possible. Thank you so very much for your time and attention!
