Could not have been happier with the work they didFrom the quality (cabinets look brand new) to the man that came out....perfect! I kept pushing service back and they adjusted to my schedule without ever being upsetHIGHLY recommend

I had Savewood come out and refinish my kitchen I wanted to have it done in time for Christmas I was a little nervous because I was having relatives in from out of town Savewood assured me the kitchen would be done before the holidays They did what they promised and I couldn't be happier I received several compliments from family members It really looks like a new kitchen The workers were very nice and kept my kitchen clean I would definetly recommend them to anyone looking to update their kitchen

I'm extremely pleased with the outcome of my kitchen cabinets The white painted cabinets make the room look brighter and more spacious, exactly what I was hoping for A special thanks to you Mike, and your skillful crew, who were always courteous, prompt and very professional Job well done

The problem I had with SaveWodd were their customer service, or lack of it
They took three weeks longer than promised to complete the job This caused a delay in putting the house on the market, for saleThey had me purchase the handles for the cabinets, for them to install I overbought, but they took the extra handles, about $worth I gave my complaint to the sales rep, with no reply My calls to contact the owner were not returned

As of June 1, 2017, the customers complaints have been addressed. Have not heard back from the customer so we are assuming she is satisfied with the corrections made

b) Customer Services and guidance trough the process was 100% accurate they worked right on schedule and very professional staff
c) Saved me $$$ on replacing the cabinets - No one can tell if Cabinets were old :) even I cantIn case you are planing on replacing Cabinets stop and contact these people they will simply save you 80% of cabinets replacement cost plus you can pick the color of your choice based on how you like it

I had Savewood come out and refinish my kitchen. I wanted to have it done in time for Christmas. I was a little nervous because I was having relatives in from out of town. They cabinets look great but they took three weeks longer than promised. No doors and drawer fronts for almost three months. When I;'d call I was told stories: the doors had been primed. Or painted. Or they still needed the UV coat etc. It took 2 months. So how did get the base cabinets done in a week? And then the cabinets didn't match the doors and drawers. And they were covered with dust and grime - obviously they had been sitting somewhere. So, then they repainted the cabinets. What final UV coat? None existed. Some of the people were really nice and some were rude. I like the end result but I wouldn't recommend any one to go through what I did. One guy came to sand and didn't cover anything with tarps. I had to spend the weekend cleaning up the dust. He even got the dust in my toaster and coffee pot. No care for the customer at all. But, the Salesperson and the guys who actually came to paint were great. They worked hard and cared about their work.

After getting quotes from multiple cabinetry re-finishers, I decided to give my business to Save Wood. It was a big job – the kitchen, bookshelves in living room and two bathroom cabinets. I had some issues initially with the customer service rep..as far as the information he gave me, the timing of the project and the overall lack of communication. I found out he was no longer with the company and once the owners got involved to oversee the project, everything went smoothly. I will say that when they sand, you do need to cover your furniture and take dishes out of the cabinets (unless you wanted to wash and clean everything afterwards) as they only cover the flooring with tarps. I can’t speak for all their employees, but Fidel was at my home for 8 days priming/painting/staining all the base cabinetry and hung all the doors/handles. He was very nice, courteous, always on time and immaculate in his prep and cleanup. I could tell he takes pride in his work and did an amazing job!! Our cabinets look beautiful!!!
