I had a gentleman come to my new store and talked me into giving him 300$ for all employees of national grid to get a discount card. I was duped. An hour later another store in my shopping center told me to call my bank and cancel the check. It was a scam. When the rep followed up few days later, I told him about the reason I stopped the check and he did not at all try to defend the company. I guess he knew he didnt outsmart me. BE WARY of this company! I have no clue if its legit. The other store told me 9 months in, he never received a proof of his ad, nor did anyone ever walk in with the card, and he has yet to talk with someone about getting a refund as no one calls him back.

They have called finally and told me they were sending a check and wanted me to remove my complaint with the Revdex.com.  I told them I would state that my complaint was resolved only WHEN I receive my refund.  I am still waiting for a check, its been a week now.

Review: My business signed up for savecard, as well a few businesses from my area. We were told that for a low price they will advertise our business on their "savecard" and put them at local hospitals. They showed me samples of other stores that signed up and I figured there was alot of well known business that were on there. I gave them a check and was told I will get my cards in a month.

SO after more then a month, they mail me two cards, but I called the hospital to see if they heard anything about savecard. I also asked a few stores around me that signed up. The hospital told me they never heard of them and one guy from a local store told me they were a scam. They scam businesses from all over Staten Island and never send any cards to any hospitals. I called a few after I found out and none of them heard of that company.

After a 6 months that passed, and trying to call their none existent savecard company that always goes to straight to voicemail. I hope that anyone who reads this DON"T GET SCAM FROM THIS COMPANY!Desired Settlement: Apology and refund to all business they scammed!

This company is a HUGE SCAM! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! THEY DONT SEND ANY CARDS TO ANY HOSPITAL AND WHEN YOU TRY TO GET IN TO CONTACT WITH THEM THEY ARE NON EXISTENT! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Review: Never received the services in which we paid for!!!! Called a few times spoke to Debbie who gave me a different story every time I called, we never received email in reference to Advertising so we can proof it. Never received copies of the Discount Cards that were suppose to be sent to Trinidad Hospital. I called Trinidad Hospital human resource dept. and they never heard of this company they do not give they employees retail discount cards. I want my money back ASAP!!!

This order was made in March [redacted], 2015 the purchase order states 90days for completion of order.Desired Settlement: want a full refund!!!

Review: My business, [redacted] was approached by Savecard Advertising to do a promotion with them. I reluctantly agreed. The promotion was to advertise my services with them for $299. I did not want to do this but the representative, [redacted], gave me a WRITTEN GUARANTEE that if I was not satisfied and did not get any customers from the "SAVECARD" I was advertised on, I would get a FULL REFUND. I have called and emailed several time. I received an email back stating I would get a refund 3 months ago and STILL have not gotten a refund check. This company lacks professionalism and DOES NOT stand behind a signed contract!!!!Desired Settlement: Refund of $299.00

Review: I signed a contract with Savecard Advertising 6\**\2015 to advertise on a discount card to be sent to [redacted] and T[redacted] hospital .We were told by the salesman John R[redacted] that it was supposed to be done in about 1 month.I have been in contact with the office person every month since the contract was signed. They told me that they delivered the guaranteed 5000 cards for a $300.00 fee to the Hospitals. I called the Hospital administration and spoke to a person in administration and they told me they haven't received any cards. After months of arguing with Debbie in the Savecard Office , one week ago she just produced 25 cards and sent them to my store. I had asked her for the past 6 months to produce these cards and never did until she E-Mailed me a picture of the card about a month ago. On 1\**\2016 she still told me again the other cards were delivered to the Hospitals. This ,just still hasn't happened. I don't know what else to do on my own. I have been hung up on the phone when Debbie feels I am accusing her of something underhanded. Please helpDesired Settlement: refund my $300.00 for services not rendered

Review: Jan. [redacted] 2015 we signed an agreement to be on a savecard for this local area and have 1500 distributed at [redacted]...with at least 50 cards coming to us directly.

We heard and got nothing even after 2 unanswered emails and 1 phone call message ..

We finally got one card in the mail...and all the other business were from Vineland New Jersey.

Again we phoned with that complaint we left a message on their machine stating that we were on a card with all the other businesses from NJ when we were guaranteed a local group card., NOT Vineland New Jersey which is 75 miles away from us.

They phoned us back Aug. [redacted] 2015 said it was like an example card they just put us on the NJ card till the Pa card was ready, and that our Pa cards would be ready real soon and in the mail???

We are still waiting and it is January [redacted] 2016.

We paid $299.00 for this>>>>>no service lack of guaranty.Desired Settlement: we want the company SAVECARD to give us a refund for the service we DID NOT get.

Only one card sent not local at all from Vineland Nj 75 miles away from us.
