Review: I went to Saveway Cleaners during the week of April 5, 2015-April 11, 2015 and had 14 dress shirts cleaned and a pair of suit pants to be altered and spent $50 and it was nothing short of a nightmare. First, they use ink on the shirt collars to identify the clothing. The clerk did not tell me that they do this and INKED MY SHIRTS WITHOUT MY CONSENT. In the process, they stained and ruined ALL the shirts. The manager, Roy, was not apologetic about the damage done to my clothing and tried to downplay it like it was nothing. He made a very weak attempt to rectify the situation as it took over a week. When I finally appeared in person, the manager, Roy, was very rude and uncourteous while he showed me that he did not remove all the ink stains from my clothing. Roy even said he would only refund me the money I paid for the initial cleaning of the shirts on the condition that I don't speak to the owners, which shows that he has very little character and no business ethics. When I said I would speak to the owners, he refused to refund me the money I spent for the shirts that were damaged during the cleaning. He was rude and unapologetic about the situation and tried to weasel his way out of it by not attempting to remove the ink stains from ALL the shirts. He was extremely impolite and dismissive.Further, I paid to have a pair of suit pants altered and the tailor did not perform all the services that I had paid for. I paid to have the legs hemmed and the waist taken out and he did not alter the waist as per my paid order. THe tailor tried to lie to me and say he did it when he in fact did not, as I tried on the pants and they did not fit. He finally did it when I demanded my money refunded. Saveway gave me back my damaged/stained shirts and tried to make it seem like there was no wrongdoing when clearly there was.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all the services I paid for: $28 for the cleaning that was damaged and $11.50 and $9.50 for the alteration of the pants that the tailor claimed to have initially done and did not. I would also like an apology from the manager and the owner, as I have never gone to a dry cleaner/tailor shop before that has such little regard for the quality of their work more than Saveway.

[redacted] was a new customer, asked no questions, made no inquiries about our procedures and left his shirts. We do over 4,000 shirts a week on premise and have been in business 33 years. We stamp the customer name inside the collar of the shirt with indelible ink. Any customer that does not want this just has to say so. We took the shirts back and used ink remover as best we could. As for the tailoring, the customer was advised to try the pants on and not just estimate the hem length and how much to let the pants out. He refused. When he returned the tailor adjusted the pants for him while he waited. This man is abusive and I do not want him as a customer. In a store full of customers he called my manager a..... I am complimented all the time about the quality of our work and what wonderful employees I have. He is not entitled to a refund and should give us an apology for his rude and abusive behavior.
