This letter is in response to a customer who claimed he purchased a box of Riblets and the meat inside did not match. The customer did bring the item back for management to look at. The customer did not have a receipt to show the price, the date, or method of payment. Upon
inspection the item was labeled *** *** Riblet Pieces (which are not whole riblets - they are a byproduct from riblet production). The manufactures date was 7-23-15. This is almost years later. Looking over our past records we purchased a similar item (along with many of our competitors) in August of 2015. We sold the item as 10# Rib Fixins for $11.98. This was a one-time purchase by our company and the item has not been purchased since.It seems the customer purchased the item in and forgot about it in his freezer. It is not recommended to keep frozen items longer that months. We are in no way responsible to replace or exchange
