This customer had a placed an order and it never went through due to a DECLINED payment which once I spoke to the customer she admitted that her credit card declined I also emailed the customer twice to please provide me with proof that our company charged her She has ignored my emails and has not proven we ever charged her credit card On our end this is what was on the order: FAILED [pacifeeder] Web Site Order: OnlineOrder_ [redacted] Note: This customer received an error while processing their paymentThe error has been displayed to the customerWe recommend that you give the customer several minutes to correct the error before contacting themPayment Error: - The request to process this transaction has been declined
