Regarding complaint ID [redacted]
I thank the Revdex.com in the assistance it providing me in the resolution of my complaint.
1. On October 11, 2014 Mr. Savich returned my car to me. (On October 3rd he contacted me with a delivery date and time and at my request put it in writing.)
2. He provided the invoice for Install Overhaul Transmission. Install clutch + flywheel.
Inspection. Cost 2300.00 (flywheel was added). He indicated the deposit  1000.00 and balance 1300.00 and noted on the invoice I had “PAID CASH”.
3. He provided me with the clutch and flywheel that was removed from my car.
4. He noted on the invoice “WARRANTY 6 mo 6000 mi ON TRANSMISSION”

I have taken the car on three test drives since the 11th and you may consider my complaint resolved.
I again thank you as your assistance did help resolve this for me.

Review: SAVICH’S AUTO SERVICE, [redacted] PA [redacted] ###-###-####

regarding 2003 [redacted] TDI PA License plate

I left 1,000…cash Invoice dated 8-22-14: “(transmission clutch state inspection) – top 2,200.00 Deposit 1,000.00” (I have invoice) with Mr. Savich on August 22, 2014. He told me repair would take 2-3 weeks. I have heard nothing from him since that time and today is September 20, 2014. Given the extensive repair, and having heard nothing, I called September 17th which was 18 working days (3 weeks 3 days) to ask for an expected delivery date. I heard a message “Savich’s wil be closed Wednesday Sept 17 through October 1. Leave name, number, message.” I left 2 messages that evening requesting information on my car. Having heard nothing, I left another message on Thursday, September 18th, asking for information and saying that I planned to contact the Revdex.com and perhaps police if I didn’t hear from him. It is now 3 days later, September 20th, and I have not been contacted. The evening of September 18th, I walked to Savich’s and saw the same closure message on the door that was on the voicemail. Through a window in the garage door, it appeared that my car, with hood up, was inside-though I couldn’t see my license plate. Though I have had service done at Savich’s since 2012, there is no reason to not contact me. I am a customer who in good faith left car for repair especially after a repair quote (that took over a week to receive) and a 1,000 deposit. I even spoke to Mr. Savich in person verifying that he was able and wanted to do this repair for me.Desired Settlement: I need the Revdex.com to assist me with:

1. obtaining a response from Savich’s as to when my car will be returned to me with the repairs (transmission clutch state inspection) – top 2,200.00 Deposit 1,000.00 invoice dated 8-22-14

2. provide an itemized list of repairs when I pick up car (please note I did leave a written, signed note on Sunday August 31, 2014 to replace battery if repair wass going well)…but do not include this in complaint.

3. provide me with the parts removed from the car (transmission is being rebuilt so this is not applicable)

4. provide some written guarantee that parts and labor will be covered for at least one year for this repair. When I asked Mr. Savich if parts and service would be covered for a year? he said, “more than that.”
