To whom concern about this case,My name's [redacted] *, fulfillment manager at Saving DepotsThis order #shipped and delivered to the correct address confirmed by Fedex via tracking number The address is [redacted] Ballston Lake NY 12019United States [redacted] We have opened a claim with Fedex regarding on our customer not received packageWe still waiting their response and do not have any conclusion into this case yetWe will issue refund when we recover our item back to our warehouse.Best regards,Denny [email protected]

The business I am pursuing stole this businesses identity. This is not the actual business that scammed me

I am rejecting this response because:I spoke to FedEx and they stated it was miss delivered due to the wrong shipping label placed on the packageI also have e-mail Savings Depot multiple times with no responseSee attached the e-mail threads.Thank you
