I bought a Knife sharpener from a company over the internet for $5.95.. great deal but then I get a bill on my card for $29.99 from "Perfect Savings" at *** .. I did not ask for this.. on my statement it had a phone number: XXX-XXX-XXXX GRB. I called them and customer service wanted to sell me on a different plan where I could see great savings. not interested.
Then I called back to get an address and reluctantly they told me Tampa, Florida. I challenged the claim with my credit card company and the money was returned to me saying I had won. then the charge shows up again and they say the merchant won the dispute. I filed another dispute and waiting to see what will come of it. It appears to be a membership with a monthly fee.

Refund I would like my $29.99 returned and no further charges from this company in the future!!!
We have read through ***'s complaint and would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Our products are available for the price of shipping and a membership fee which allows our customers to enjoy the benefits of our products at extremely discounted rates. Upon looking over ***'s account with us we can confirm that he placed his order with us in December 2019 for the shipping cost of $4.00. Our records indicate that when he gave us a call on January 30, 2020, he was informed of the refund and cancellation that was applied to the membership fee. *** received a refund for $29.95 which is the me, mbership fee and $4.00 which is the shipping and handling fee. These refunds were issued on January 8, 2020. It would take roughly 5-7 business days for this to be credited back into his account from the date it was issued. Furthermore, we can confirm that ***'s membership with us is cancelled. We sincerely hope that this settles any strife you felt with regard to our company and want to again apologize for any nuisance this may have caused.
