Review: I purchased a set of four (4) Savini BM-8 wheels from this company. A few months later, I discovered that all four wheels began to show signs of cracking on the spokes. This is a serious problem, especially when I had not hit anything or damaged the wheels. Cracked spokes are not repairable and for them to come into this condition this early is a major safety hazard, especially that I drive on the highway a lot. If any of these wheels broke apart while driving, I could have come into a lot of harm and potentially could have harmed others. Their product that I purchased was defective and a major safety violation. I asked them for an ex[redacted]e for the same wheels or a refund, however it has been more than a few months since I reported the problem with no resolution on their end. I have copies of all the emails between me and Savini that dates back a while. Their company seems to acknowledge warranty claims however they do not seem like they are processing mine either at all or in a reasonable manner.Desired Settlement: All I am asking for is the same four (4) wheels that I purchased. I don't even need them to send me tires and other accessories that I've purchased in the same order, I just want 4 of the same replacement wheels. I should not have to go through the Revdex.com and file a complaint for a regular company to acknowledge their mistake and take the proper resolutions which is whats making me more aggravated.
