I reached out to him as well a few others. Salvino returned my call timely and was priced within the others. I saw his rating was very low on the Revdex.com. Needing something done quickly I met with him and called him out on his rating. We discussed it and he provided me all his license's for the work to be done. All was current and nothing expired.
I went with him. He returned calls, showed up and did the work. There were a couple adjustments he had to come back for and he fixed them all.
