These are installed in a kitchen of a new house, non smoke ring home with no moisture issuesThe ones in my house that came from *** are about six years old and stop work fineI thought the ones I got from this company for my daughter would be of a higher quality but I see theirs are nothing but junk.Sincerly *** ***

lighting.  Your suggestion that our product
has a 60 percent failure rate is simply untrue. 
This occurred in a single instance, not with the thousands of fixtures
we have provided and are currently in service. Micro Fluorescent fixtures can be affected
by static, quenching, power surge, moisture and many other environmental factors.  We are glad to honor the manufacturer’s
warranty that was provided when you purchased the product.  Should you wish to contact our Customer

Their response in nothing more than their regular policy statement. A customer should not have to pay shipping bothe ways on a warranty repair twice. Their product has a 60 percent failure rate and they told me I was the only one that was having issues. All you can do with a light is plug it up they have no customer service or accept any responsibility for multiple failures
