The Business Savior Cement and Excavation,*** completed my entire drive way with cement on May 29-2018. Immediately following his work, perhaps 1-2 weeks, significant cracks and poor sloping was noted. The water has still been accumulating around the house since the slope of the cement is towards the house rather than away from the house.
The Business owner, *** was paid in full. After they were paid, he disappeared and would not come see or fix his job. He did swear on the lives of his children that would come and fix it. He never showed up.
I have allowed for Ample time for them to come and fix it. And nothing.
I have an 11 month old in the house. I have been concerned about this problem for the past 11 months. The accumulation of water around the house will result in water entering the home, mold, air-born diseases, destruction of important foundation support systems and health problems to me and my wife and daughter.
Repair Fix the slope of the cement so that the water is not directed towards the home. Mind you, the home was custom built and completed in July 22, 2017. It is a brand-new home *** Return the money I paid for the entire job so I can hire a new company to do it properly.
