After researching further, we believe we have removed Mr. [redacted] from all in house mail services.  When I spoke with Mr. [redacted] in June, I did place his information, both addresses,  on my list that's sent monthly to the General Managers for them to share with their mailing vendors. ...

I did not realize that there was a separate mailing that came from the "service rewards" mailers.  We have been assured by that companies representative that he has been deleted. My sincere apologies to Mr. [redacted]. Frances K[redacted]Jeff Wyler Automotive Family

The vehicle was towed into us not running and was diag. by Firestone (I think or some other place like that) customer stated he already ordered the key and wanted it programmed to the vehicle which is a $100.00 charge.  We proceeded to tell him we would, but did not know if this would fix the...

problem since we did not diagnosis the vehicle.  The key would not program to the vehicle [redacted] spent time trying to figure out why the key would not program which we did call the customer to get an extra hour of diag time of $100.00.  When he tried to start the vehicle it would crank and back fire throught he intake and was cranking excessively fast, which tells him it is out of time.  There was blue RTV found around the timing cover and head gaskets on the passenger floor board.  The ECM would not recognize the consult and later found damage to the harness.  So we recommended replacing the ECM, EGI harness, and engine.  This is a 1999 Maxima with 248,654 miles. This is the 1st time the customer has been here we did have contact issues with the customer and he did tow his vehicle home.  The key was lost, but we had a lock smith come to him and rekey the ignition to give him a key at our expense which the key will only unlock the steering wheel and will not start the vehicle just like the key he purchased that was lost.  The vehicle does not run and I do not feel we owe the customer any more than we have done due to the fact the vehicle was never in running condition.  Thanks [redacted]Service and Parts DirectorJeff Wyler Nissan of Cincinnati[redacted]
