Destroyed underground irrigation system surrounding the pool after we located the lines both visually and by flagsWe were told they would hand dig around them if they were locatedI spent $having the zone under the pool removed and locating the main supply linePulliam employees cut the identified line and wiring in several places, leaving me with the expense of having to have the system repaired in the amount of $1, I reached out to Pulliam and received a letter back offering me annual inspections, the first next monthThe pool was completed in September so I don't think it needs an annual inspection in OctoberRegardless, their employees damaged my property and refuse to cover the cost of repairsThe system worked fine before the pool was builtIt also worked after the pool was excavatedThe plumber caused the damage which they obviously agree to since they offered me free inspections for the damage

Pulliam Pool installed a new cleaner motor and shortly thereafter a new pool pump in Both motor are not properly grounded I contacted the company twice and sent pictures on September and no response to correct the potential electric shock and or electrocution Pool water, wet hands/feet, and poor grounded motors is very dangerous Clear gross negligence in regards to not responding or correcting the problem

Our pool was completed in December Within months (March 2018) our decking, retaining wall and bench in the pool had cracks The retaining wall crack was nearly 1/an inchWe advised Pulliam of these cracks and had to follow up with them every week for over weeks before we received any kind of response on our issueThe first response to the retaining wall crack was we will just put mastic in the cracksWe had to push for some kind of a resolution not just a band aid fixPulliam sent the sub contacted plaster company to fix the crack in the pool bench (in the water) on or about 4/27/As of today this crack is still visible and they was again reported to Pulliam on 6/25/After many calls and emails *** and *** from Pulliam came out to review the retaining wall and the deck cracksThey advised they would have the rock guy come our and fix the wall - it was not built correctly (per them) and it needs to be separated from the pool rock wallThey also advi
