[ Regardless of who Savita purchased this animal from it was falsely sold to my family as a golden retrieverI apologize the name of the person I dealt with was *** *** whose name does not appear on any of our paperworkAlso on the dates provided for contacting were attempsI attempted to contact Lindsey with no response I left messagesAlso on 3/2/I made attemps to contact Lindsey leaving messagesI also was hung up on times upon the phone being answeredMy husband and I have made a heartbreaking decision to request that this animal be returned to sellerWith him being mixed with a poodle he is very high strung and not the intended manner of a golden retriever since that is not his breedwe have been unable to begin his service training due to him being high strung and knowing we will have to re home the animal we must insist that the animal is returned to the seller as soon as possibleWith replacement of a golden retriever maleWe have taken very well care of this animalHe has had all shots as well as been fixedAlso the paperwork I provided above shows the *** recognizes the dam's registration IDHowever on all paperwork provided to us the Sir'so ID is a digit short and unrecognizable with the ACATherefore we simply want this dog to be returned to seller and be replaced by correct breed so we can finally begin our journey of helping our autistic son with a centering and grounding companionThank you

I purchased a puppy from this pet shop back in July and worked with some very nice people on getting my new puppy. I was very excited because this was my very first dog I had every owned. However, when I got the dog home less than 48 hours later the dog became very sick. I talked to the pet store and they said they would pay for the antibotics and eventually gave me back the money for my dog because the dog was not getting better. The dog had to be hospitalized and almost died because of how sick he was. We wrote a letter to the owner about how upset we were and gave all the receipts of medical bills. When the owner called back she was very mean and nasty and told us to not give her fraudulent papers. My husband and I realized my mother in law had sent the wrong records. I was trying to explain this to the owner and she didn't care and was becoming more and more nasty to me and my husband. I know now they are not liable to give us money back for medical bills, which is fine, I just got very upset that a business owner would talk to her customers that way. She obviously didn't care that one of animals became so sick after leaving her shop. I would never go back to that shop.

I love this local military family owned store. Their prices are low and if they don't have what you're looking for they will gladly order it.

They have beautiful puppies and all the supplies you could need to care for all your family pets. My family loves the puppy we purchased from them and we couldn't be happier with our buying experience.

Review: On November 4th 2014 I purchased has ed a 10 week old puppy from [redacted] I was informed I was receiving a golden retriever to train as a service animal for my 4 year old autistic son. Upon the animal getting older we have recently found out he is a very high at strung breed of a golden doodle. Therefore she falsely provided us with an animal that is not what we were told we were purchasing. I have contacted the [redacted] in Clermont Florida. They have the correct file number for the Dam. However when I provided them with the number on my paperwork for the Sir I was informed that the number was a digit short and non existing. We were also informed that this dog was house trained. He was NOT!Desired Settlement: We are in dire need of a 4-8 month old FULL breed golden retriever puppy as soon as possible to begin his autism training for my son's sake. He must be completely house trained as well.
