Mr*** received the missing speaker yesterday 1/7/and we have shipped the replacement speaker as he instructed. He will be receiving today. The matter has been handled as he desired

We will tow the vehicle in and inspect our work to make sure we didn't cause the issue.  Mr. [redacted] our Service Manager will get in touch with the Customer today and make all necessary arrangements.

I have not yet disputed the charges with my credit card company and do not intend to do so until I receive a response from the business regarding my complaint.  Since the business will not receive the complaint I filed with the Revdex.com until tomorrow (January 07) I will give them until January 15...

to respond before disputing the charges.I did forget to mention in my complaint that the business provided me with a tracking number for the package they sent.  The [redacted] site states the tracking number was for one package only.  I have the original package containing the tracking label and it is clear from the size of the two items shipped that the third item would not have even come close to fitting in the box.  I would be willing to provide photos if requested.
