Good Afternoon.
I have been in contact with this customer and have responded to all of her message requests, and you can see I issued a refund on August 5th, four days after she requested her initial refund on August 1stI have already issued her one refund, (See screen shot above) that was
processed through stripe, and I have confirmation of the refund being issued as well as the email for proof After she claimed to have not received the refund, I told her I would look into it with ShopifyIn the mean time she has spammed all of our social media with abusive messages as she stated above.
When I told her that all of my records show that we have issued her a refund, she was not satisfied, and continued to contact us in an abusive manner
Today I've issued a SECOND refund, over-paying her by $** - as seen in the second screen shotI have now lost money trying to make this customer happy I would like to also include that she has received all of her past orders in a timely fashion without incident
