Received a Gift Certificate from my daughter for Mother's Day for a spa pedicure. When I called to schedule an appointment today 7/13/12, the owner told me that they no longer offered that service and would not honor a refund. Said she lost her lease and she didn't know when she would be offering again and told me she would not give me a refund since it was not her policy. I told her that since she is no longer offering the service that my daughter paid for that she had to give a refund. She still refused. Told me to call her back in a couple of weeks to see if she has come up with anything. I told her that was not acceptable. There is also an expiration date of 8/13/12.
