One of Savvy Floors employee, [redacted] , did work on our floors and showerThey did a great job on the floors and so I thought on the ShowerWe recently found water damage that occurred from a slow leak in the shower and after further investigation it was because they never installed a liner on the shower pan (as required)The owner, [redacted] , came out and confirmed the shower had not properly been installed but said he didn't have anything to do with this project and that he didn't received a dime for our job, yet every invoice was made out to his worker [redacted] and Savvy FloorsMr [redacted] confirmed that Greg had been an employee but would not stand behind his work and was very fast to quote that in the State of Arizona there is a two year warranty on all workI have had to replace the entire Shower and insurance would not cover as they claim it was installed improperlyMr [redacted] said he was going to contact Mr [redacted] to find out what he was thinking when he did this job and we have yet to hear back from Mr [redacted] and it has now been over weeks
