These product are located in Wal-Mart stores in the game room and at the entrance, Eveytime I take grandson to spend time in the arcade, the machines are always broken, take my money, are not working. Ther are two lacation where I shop, Wal-Mart at 121 FM 1187, Crowley,tx . XXXXX and at [redacted] Worth,Tx,XXXXX, The first timewas back in June and called CS, and told them of the arcade, and lost of money, they did refund me.But went back on 7/7/13,7/11/13, 7/13/13and gave my grandson on each visit 5.00, to play , on two occasions he said the machines did not work and ate his coins, the other occasion he put his coins on the machine you can get prizes at 1.00 per pop, at three different time the claw piced up the watch he wanted,but as soon as the claw move to get his prize, the claw dropped it, a front-end mgr, witness the incident, and said that is not to happen, because the claw did grab the watch, 3 time and then lost it. I aslo told the mgr of the other broken machine and when it ate the 25 cents. I told my grandson not to play any more, aslo on the front entrance, he tied to get a stuff toy called Ben10, and lost his money too.
