will just take them at their word, in spite of my distrust up to this point.I would like to reiterate the other aspect of my original complaint... that being the poor communication and quite frankly, less than professional handling of my concerns. The customer may not always be right, I know this from working in a service industry myself, however, we should always respond with a sense of urgency as well as basic courtesy and respect. IF the owner of this business had replied to my email more appropriately, I would not have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com to begin with until we were able to ascertain for certain where all of the water was coming from. It is troubling to me to read positive customer reviews of this business when my experience has been unpleasant, and it makes me wonder why I was treated differently. I hope that this information is passed along to him.Thank you for your help.
