DO NOT HIRE - KEPT MY DEPOSIT AFTER THEY CAUSED DAMAGE - UNPROFESSIONAL- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST company for customer service, reliability and dependability They also kept my deposit after the following events: 1st visit: Tech came out to measure and stated he can replace the window if I pay him, although the offices stated not ideal to do it at the time due to rain 2nd visit: Scheduled and NO SHOW 3rd visit: Tech named '***' came over installed the glassBROKE the glass 4th visit: NO SHOW even verbally telling them I was traveling and my son (yrs old) would be at home to let them in Claimed they did not get a response morning of service The issue here is I told thin and committed someone will be there The number they leave is the office number so even when trying to confirm the morning of...NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE LASTLY...THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS MADE SOME DEROGATORY REMARKS OF WHICH '***' FELT HE NEEDED TO REPEAT TO ME!
