Don't walk away, RUN!!! *** *** owes me $I bought a car, that did NOT pass emissionsHe issued me a day drive-out TagThat expiredI called him, Every week for (5) weeks to get me a Tag that he promised to getI called *** *** and explained to him that I should not and would not pay for insurance on a vehicle I could not driveHe told me that when he got my tag, that I would need to have insurance back on the vehicleI agreedOn a Saturday his little, crooked wife called me and told me that my tag was finally in(Week 6) and she gave me hour to come pick it upI told her that I would not be able to get it until Monday because I could not legally drive this car and could not find a ride on that such, short noticeMonday morning I get another call from herThis time informing me that I did not have insurance on the carI explained to her that her husband and I had already worked that out and that insurance would be back on the vehicle, as soon as I picked up the TagShe then implied that I could not afford the carI told her very quickly that I had been making my payments On Time, Every Month and that I was not penny behindThen she starts getting smart with me about the insuranceI told her that I should not have to pay for insurance on a vehicle that I can't drive and have not been able to drive the past MonthWhile I was still o the phone with this Crook, I heard my car start up and take offYes, she had my car repossessed while she was still on the phone with meHad I any notion of this, she would have never found that carI contacted the Georgia State Licensing Board of Used Motor VehiclesThey were basically uselessThey sent me a letter back, after Months and wanted me to send in proof of a VIN numberThey wanted this proof by April 11, I received the letter in mid May, If you can, RUN, don't walk awayIf enough people were to file a complaint with the State Board, we could get these crooks shut downperson can't do it aloneIf, just people filed a complaint, they would "Have" to take actionIn the next few days I am going to set up a Petition to have the State Board look into their business more in depthIf I can get, at least signatures, they will do somethingDid they use you too? Now would be your chance to make a differenceIf you wish to sign a petition, send me a private message and I will send you a link to the online petition when I get it set upI am going to continue to spread the word about these people, in hopes of saving someone else some money, until they pay me my $backI even offered to purchase another vehicle, if, he would apply the $towards the purchase of the new vehicle, but again, he refusedI also have an email from an attorney that states that, according to GA Law, it is illegal for a used car dealer to NOT provide a tag within days from the purchase date, which mine took weeksThe attorney advised me that they scammed me and that, what *** *** did was commit a MisdemeanorI just want my money back and above, all else, I don't want anyone else taken advantage of Take action, File a Complaint with the GA State Licensing Board of Used Motor Vehicles and file a complaint with the Revdex.comLet's get these crooks closed down for good!!!!
