Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:MrWelch is solely focusing on the water hose, not the actual problem that it was poured asphalt running uphill and allows water to stand in the area in question.MrWelch never said anything about the water hose on that side of the building Our technicians do NOT wash their trucks in that area The water hose is 50’ long and ALL employees wash their trucks in the front of the building by the dumpster to allow water to run off into the street The parking lot in the front of the building slopes to the street This is in our procedures for our technicians while washing vehiclesThe area in question is behind the fence and not part of the parking lot That area has no slope and rain water has accumulated in the area and stands there until it seeps through the asphalt He NEVER mentioned anything about concrete work We have a good portion of that area in concrete and the other areas of the concrete do not accumulate water because the ground naturally slopes away from the building and the concrete.In our meeting on 6/20/17, he agreed that he did not allow for drainage in the area we are complaining about, he said it was fine until [redacted] brought out a level and showed him that it was too high and holds water in the area.His warranty does not mention anything about EXCEPT It simply says he gives a 2-year warranty with seal in days and a year warranty without.No other mentions were made of hoses, rain or what is and is not covered No concrete work was discussed As a matter of fact, the only time we spoke to [redacted] after the work began was at the end of each day and he was wanting payment Please see the attached Contractors Invoice The other companies estimates and or proposals all listed that an asphaltic material is needed to tack edges to bond material with concrete [redacted] never mentioned anything about it We are still requesting a repair of the area, or reimbursement of $to allow another company to do this work Regards, [redacted]

PERFECT POOL CREATED THE DAMAGE ITS RIGHT IN THE WATER HOSE AREA THEY WASH TRUCKS IN THE AREA THE WATER IS LEAKING EVERY DAY THAT IS THE CAUSE OF THE DAMAGE I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE WATER HOSE WHEN I LAID THE ASPHALT YOU WILL NEED CONCRETE IN THAT AREA I DON'T DO CONCRETE I will not warrantee where someone lets the water drip all day its going between the asphalt where it meets the concretethatIs softening the base
