Have you heard from the company? Yes NoAre you satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve this matter? Yes NoIf not, please explain. The owner of the company (Scott ***) has continiously told me he is going to refund my payment for the services on certain days and never
follows through with it. Its becoming to feel like he scammed me. At first he said he was going to mail a check, then he processed a refund with my credit card company, and now he was going to do a money transfer via Walmart. He said that this transfer would occur no later than 03/15/2018, and I have not received any confirmation that it was completed. I go on his business page and it takes everything in me not to warn people of his poor and shady business practices. Please let me know if you need anything further from me. Thank you,***

Hello, I am responding to the claim from [redacted] complaint.? As we are completely saddened by the fact that her fiance died, we have protocols in affect for how we refund cancellations.? We have been in constant contact with Samantha, and she is demanding a full refund right away.? Unfortunately she signed a contract that states on page 4, in the last section before the signature lines, that says "Booking Fee/Deposit", it is stated, and I quote, "In the Event of the Clients cancelling the event for whatever reason, 50% of full booking fee is non-refundableIt will be considered as liquidated damages to Say "I Do" Wedding Services."? That being said, I sent out the 50% refund yesterday to her.? If we re-book her date we will send the remainder of her booking fee back because we are heart broken that she lost her fiance.? I have attached our copy of the contract, which has my signature and I'm not sure why she doesn't have the same copy, and I have circled the section in which I am referring to the refund policy
