I reached out to [redacted] , our billing partner, to find out the activity on Mr***'s account? Please see below.Records reflect automated outbound calls were placed to ###-###-#### on 10/29/2015, 11/27/2015, 12/24/and 1/21/? The outbound calling system will call one hour after the first call if the first call was a 'no answer' or 'no machine to leave a message.' ? This scenario would produce two calls in one day.The number referenced above has been removed from the account of Mr***.I have asked [redacted] to note the account that ###-###-#### should never be added to the account again.I have requested they put in as many safe guard measures as possible to keep this ? number from being entered.I am hopeful this will resolve the issue Ms [redacted] has experienced? It is not our intent to contact someone other than the patient/debtor? My personal telephone number at Columbus Radiology is ###-###-####? My caller ID states otherwiseJust because you SEE the calls being placed from YOUR END, doesn't mean you have PERMISSION to contact meI never gave [redacted] permission to use MY PHONE NUMBER in reference to collect a bill to your companyAnd don't bother to come back at me with, he gave permission for my phone number as a point of contact eitherHe did this without MY PERMISSIONI own the number, not himFurthermore,I don't owe his bills, therefor you have no right BY LAW, to contact my phone number in an attempt to collect a debt on his account I do indeed have voice mail, which is totally different than an answering machineYour company failed to actually even leave a message, so how can you assume that when you phoned my house you didn't get AN ANSWERING MACHINE?If you would stop having your ROBO -CALL call my house, you would actually see that a LIVE HUMAN BEING could leave an actual message on my VOICE MAIL, NOT MY ANSWERING MACHINEAgain, big differenceI never even stated that I had an answering machineNonetheless, Not that it is any of your business, but [redacted] and I do not speakHe no longer resides here, and I want contact to this number to stop IMMEDIATELYYour number as you so-called DOCUMENTED showing times of contact on your end is wrongVery WrongI can prove otherwiseSo, unless the phone calls do not stopI will file further action against your company violating the FDCA, for repeated, annoying, harassing phone callsIn reference to your reply, you stated how many times you called me, supposedly, but never actually honoured my demandWhat part of do NOT CONTACT ME do you not understand?
