I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted]  I have the last receipt with the date that it was paid from the office at saybrooke auto.when I left the day I signed papers he informed me that if I noticed something after I left the parking lot it was on me. However the frame I would not have known about and I have two lists from two differant mechanics stating what was wrong with the vehicle a few weeks after I signed papers. I asked them if any of that could be with in the couple of weeks I had it and they said no. I can get the lists and numbers to mechanics. The owner did say to bring car in he would take a look however if the car was like that why would I take it back to where it was sold like that and pay him to do a job I did not honestly trust. He was aware of the trade in because when I took to junction to get the recall done on the frame they advised me all censors and other work needed done being a total of 746.00 dollars which I paid for. I never got my license plates when asked the company they said they did not know where my plates wereh and I was never served with repo papers or even handed anything to read. Also was told by the son that the day after they took the vehicle they sent it off to auction. I have copies of all work that was done on that vehicle and the mechanics remarks about how it appeared it was sold like that that there was no way it could have all went bad after a couple of weeks. Especially tires with the inner tread being nothing but wires showing and the front driver side was about to blow. When my first attempt to call about breaks his receptionist he was in New York and she didn't know how to reach him so instead I waited until the following week to get contacted about breaks that when I tried stopping would not even go down to stop the vehicle . I did not pay the second payment advised by the lady from junction since I was trading it in and she notified them and talked to the lady that works in the office. She made a comment to the lady about how they should be ashamed of themselves for selling a car to someone in the state it was in and the receptionist responded by well that is your personal opinion. I can also provide the phone number to talk to the sales lady. I have multiple mechanics opinions and papers stating what all needed done including their opinions about the vehicle being a piece of junk and the guy ripping me off by the condition in which he sold it to me I can provide. If nothing was currently wrong with the vehicle they would not have sent it off to auction day after taking it making it where there is no evidence for them to show. When a owner of dealership responds to engine light abs light being on is I don't worry about those they are dummie lights" something is wrong. I don't think he should sell cars or even work on cars because he just rigs them up. I'm pretty sure and this is just my opinion that he never wanted me to take it any where else to an actually mechanic because he knew what was wrong in the first place. I asked the last time I went I. To pay money if more stuff started going wrong with car if I could trade it in on something else his reply was no because with it being his personal car he would have to put money down out of his pocket for the down payment. I honestly feel with the mechanics replies of the vehicle is he knew whole time what was wrong with it never told me about the frame being so corroded or any of its other issues because he didn't wanna deal with all the money that had to be put into it. Being that I or anyone else gets a car from a buy here pay here or an actual dealer ship the owner should make sure the car is running good and nothing is wrong don't be shady because it's endangering a life. Even the cadelatic converter needed replaced and I was not going to pay for it. I feel they should have been responsible for the 746 that I paid for the new censors and work done to it at junction because he knew it got work done to it then took it and wasn't a repo when they never gave me any papers. I am not giving up on this matter and complaint because he was In the wrong and I will gladly show receipts proof of how much I paid and the mechanics papers they gave me stating everything g that was wrong with the vehicle along with phone numbers to these mechanics.

We sold her a vehicle that she ran the wheels of off her and her then boyfriend. she complained there were problems with it so we worked with her and gave her the van with what she put down on the first vehicle. it turned out that the only thing wrong with the first vehicle was the brake pads which...

is normal maintenance so we fixed it and the people we sold it to next are still driving it and love it. as far as the freestar its the same old thing again normal maintenance things she doesn't feel she has to fix. we were threatened by her now boyfriend that we wouldn't get another payment and we wouldn't find the vehicle either. now their payment has come due and is now past due and no payment has been made. and we were told she scrapped the vehicle. now I will take her to court and prosecute her. we try to help our customers as much as we can and she is one to take advantage of someone and the system. and by me taking my time to have to write this is just proof that people like her get by trying to rip people off and getting away with it. as far as the repo man is concerned saybrook auto block takes no responsibility with anything that takes place for the repo guys off company property and off company time. thanks for your time.

Company responded by phone 3/2/16-nkmMr. [redacted] states that when the consumer purchased the car, there was nothing wrong with the car. He states that the consumer did not pay the deposit in full at one time. He states that he never made that an issue. He states that the consumer's father called...

and advised them that that something was wrong with the brakes. Mr. [redacted] states that he advised them that he would take a look at the matter. He states that he called consumer a few days later because her first payment was due. He states that the consumer told him that frame was damaged, to which he told her to bring the call in and he would have it repaired. He states that he did not hear from the consumer for a few days and when she called back, she informed him that the brakes and the frame would be covered because they were recall issues. He states that he did not hear anything else from the consumer after she stated that she would be in that week to make a payment. Mr. [redacted] states that the consumer was trying to trade the car in with Junction and that they had called for the payoff amount, and never made the first payment or the second payment. Mr. [redacted] states that after the second was missed, he had the car repossessed.

Normal maintenance I paid for: oil changes and breaks, tires, head lights, battery (all within 5 months of having it) and even more; but a transmission that is $2,000 plus labor that started slipping within days of getting it is not normal.  The repo man that was sent to my work is also the unlicensed sales man at Saybrook auto block. And I had called and told the company I was sick of being threatened by a male 3 times my size while being 9 months pregnant and told them they can came get the van I even took the plates off of it that are in my name and I am entitled to and said they can have THIER property back but they won't come get it now that they know the transmission will not go into reverse and it is not worth their time or money that just wanted to try to get free money from me! All I want is them to reach an agreement and leave me alone they tried to rip me off and saw they could not get away with it so now they try to bully me!
