We have had several correspondences since December with Mr [redacted] with regards towards his request for a refundAs you can see per the attached receipt, his funds NEVER went through on order # [redacted] on 2/20/(his credit card was declined due to insufficient funds)and therefore a phone was NEVER in fact ordered therefore a refund can not be givenWe have sent the receipt to Mr [redacted] with a request for proof that funds were deducted and he has yet to provide that information to usWithout an actual order where there are cleared funds for a purchase a refund can not be given nor does an order existWe have explained this many times to Mr [redacted] and have always responded to any correspondences that he has sent us

Due to poor customer service with two groups we contracted, we have inherited many unanswered tickets and problems that were not taken care of by these groups We have brought customer service in house now and we are working on resolving these issues Mr [redacted] had indeed opened a ticket on December that was answered but then it went unanswered for months On Sep 7, he opened another ticket and on the same day we answered him back letting him know that we started the process of his refund and that we would contact him when the refund process was done, and that he could check back with usWe checked our internal records first before we sent a request to the credit card company to see if there was any charge back so we could clear him for a refund This process sometimes takes longer than expectedweeks later, on Sep 23, Friday, the customer asked for an update on his refund and at the same time filed a claim with Revdex.com, not giving us a chance to respond to his inquiry or to let him know that his refund was ready to be processed which happened today, Sep 26, We are disappointed that the customer chose to go through Revdex.com to get his issued resolved instead of waiting for the weekend to receive our response We are working on the communication problem that we have inherited and one of the things that we are working hard on is giving our customers a prompt response to their inquiries, unless we receive an inquiry late on a Friday or over the weekend We are sorry that Mr [redacted] feels that Saygus refund process is not adequate As stated, his refund has been processedWe apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused Mr [redacted] Regards, Saygus Tell us why here

Mr [redacted] has indeed opened a ticket with us requesting a refund.The process of his refund, unfortunately, has not been as fast as we would have like it to be.Unfortunately, because we have to request information from third parties, the process becomes longer than expected.The process at this time is done and we are waiting for the Financial Department to inform us the fund has been transferred to his account, so we can inform him.We are at this time communicating with Mr [redacted] through our internal e-ticket system to finalize the refund for him.We apologize to him for the delay and thank him for his patience

We apologize for the delay and for the long wait in processing Mr [redacted] 's return We have had problems with our Customer Service that we contracted out before and many of the tickets weren’t answered or followed through We have brought Customer Service in house and even though we are making progress to resolve all the open tickets, unfortunately, it has not been in a timely manner Mr [redacted] 's refund is in the process of being refunded We are deeply sorry for the long delay and for the inconvenience that has caused himWe have contacted Mr [redacted] 's with information on his refund

Customer was already issued a refund on 1/13/per his request
