Have never received order ***, placed 6/24/20.

inquires via email on 6/30/20, and 7/3/20. No response from company.
Find out the status of this order.
I placed an online order through this company on 2-13-2020. Payment for the item was through*** for the amount of $42.98. Payment went to ***. I inquired about the order on 03-03-2020 requesting information about when I might receive the item. On 03-05-2020 I received an email referring me to their shipping policy. The item supposedly was processed within 2-3 days and would be shipped with 10-40 business days. 40 business days passed on 03-23-2020. I did receive an email on 04-01-2020 stating the order is on its way. However, when I access the email to check shipping status by clicking the tracking number, it reads "order not found". I have no idea when I will, or if I will ever receive this item. The shipping policy is totally erroneous. I recommend that no one order from this company.
