June We had Carolina Home Remodeling remove a bathtub and replace it with a walk in shower We are pleased with the work the installers didHowever, the installers left a mess under our houseThey left insulation that they pulled down laying on the ground,pieces of sheet rock on the ground and a large water stain on the groundOur crawl space is water proofed by [redacted] and is covered with white plastic sheeting [redacted] quoted us $to clean the mess the installers leftWe contacted the production manager at Carolina Remodeling and asked if the installers would come back and clean up their messHe said he would put in a work orderWe had to call again and a woman said she would check their scheduleThe mess is not cleaned up and we keep getting the run aroundWe are very disappointed in Carolina Home Remodeling and will not use them again or recommend them to anyone else

We first were introduced to this company at the Southern Ideal Home ShowWe had a rep come out, who was very knowledgeable and personableHowever, the sales process quickly turned aggressive and coerciveI'm disappointed with the integrity of their business practiceIt was more of a "gotcha" mindset/manipulative processUnless you are willing to move forward with a substantial purchase in three days (without any true/honest customer service), then this company will disappointment you

June 2016 We had Carolina Home Remodeling remove a bathtub and replace it with a walk in shower. We are pleased with the work the installers did. However, the installers left a mess under our house. They left insulation that they pulled down laying on the ground,pieces of sheet rock on the ground and a large water stain on the ground. Our crawl space is water proofed by [redacted] and is covered with white plastic sheeting. [redacted] quoted us $850 to clean the mess the installers left. We contacted the production manager at Carolina Remodeling and asked if the installers would come back and clean up their mess. He said he would put in a work order. We had to call again and a woman said she would check their schedule. The mess is not cleaned up and we keep getting the run around. We are very disappointed in Carolina Home Remodeling and will not use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

First we used Carolina Home Remodeling to redo our bathroom in our 1880 home. I thought it would be a big problem since nothing is level in our historic home. The job was easy for Carolina Home Remodeling, and the bathroom is perfect. Better than I thought would happen even. For the past two years I get calls from this company asking how our bathroom remodel is doing. They never ever suggest we hire them for any other job. But this year I asked if they could do our front storm/screen door. They came out and took measurements. They didn't even car that the frame wasn't even. In went the door a month later and it is fantastic. The color even matches our trim which is blue. I absolutely love this company and can't say enough excellent things about them.\
