My girlfriend rented a party bus from the RockStar Limo last year for my birthday to take us from Indy to BloomingtonIf you remember the winter of 2013-2014, it was brutally cold outsideThe bus had mechanical issues on the way down and was forced to stop at a gas station to address the problemWe were stopped for about minutes as the driver tried to fix the issue and ultimately added more coolant to get us back on the roadWe made it to our destination, but were forced to cut the evening a little short because the roads were getting badOn the way back, the heat ended up going out and we were forced to ride the rest of the way back in freezing cold temperaturesThe driver even remarked at one point that he was afraid he was developing frost bite on his hands and feet We attempted to contact the owner at RockStar several several times through phone and emailHe was very responsive when booking us, but just the opposite when handling a complaintAfter two weeks of badgering, we received an email back stating that because we took the full ride back, he did not owe us any kind of a refundIn my opinion, when someone books a limo service, it is not merely for transportation, it is for the experienceWe definitely lost out on the experience we were hoping for due to RockStar's mechanical failureThe owner seemed to have no concept or understanding of this Today I am booking a limo service for our weddingThere are several limo companies to choose from, but only a few have customer feedbackI thought I would take the opportunity to relate my one experience with RockStar - there certainly will NOT be another

I would never use RockStar Limo again nor recommend it for anyone looking for reliable transportation to/from event
At approximately 7:15am on the morning of the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500, Rob (the owner) called to tell me his bus wouldn't start We were scheduled to depart at 8am Furthermore, he said he couldn't offer us any other buses and all he could do was refund a deposit Thus, on the busiest event day in Indianapolos history, we were left stranded without transportation for people, and it was on a Sunday of a holiday weekend making it impossible to find another bus on minutes notice
Finally, Rob was very inconsiderate when it came to dealing with the whole situation He found no other means of transportation for us and simply offered me half off my next party bus with him, which means nothing when he cancels minutes before departure time He can't be relied on for transportation And on top of that, he was very responsive when making the reservation and accepting deposit but since the event he has not returned calls, voicemails, texts or emails in making the situation better

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Waited minutes for out group to be picked upDriver arrived without apology! Two girls got sick due his driving and her accused them both of being drunk! After ease dropping in conversations about the driver being horrible he replied with "*** off cs"He continued to say that he would not be disrespected! After texting the following day to let Rob & Wes know that the service we horrible they replied with "waaaaaaaa don't use us again"Word needs to be spread that they are worthless!!! So glad we did not use them for our wedding or other gatherings as planned!!!!

After two weeks of badgering, we received an email back stating that because we took the full ride back, he did not owe us any kind of a refund. In my opinion, when someone books a limo service, it is not merely for transportation, it is for the experience. We definitely lost out on the experience we were hoping for due to RockStar's mechanical failure. The owner seemed to have no concept or understanding of this.

Today I am booking a limo service for our wedding. There are several limo companies to choose from, but only a few have customer feedback. I thought I would take the opportunity to relate my one experience with RockStar - there certainly will NOT be another.
