CHECK EVERYTHING AND IF HE/SHE DOES NOT FIND ANY MONEY OR ENVELOPE IN THE BOX HE PUTS A SLIP SAYING THEM TO PAY FOR THE PARKING ... WE HATE TO TOW THE CAR WE ALWAYS TRY TO HELP OUR CLIENTS. IF HE/SHE FORGETS TO PUT THE MONEY IN THE BOX, ORIF HE/SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANY CHANGE, OR IF HE/SHE IS IN HURRY, THEN WE ADVISE HIM TO DO SO, RATHER THAN TOWING IT. WE DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED IN THIS CASE IF THE CUSTOMER FORGOT TO WRITE THE LICENCE NUMBER ORFORGOT TO PUT THE MONEY. ALL WE WANT IS OUR CUSTOMER TO BE HAPPY THAT WE DO NOT TOW THE CAR.

I have read the response and it does not address the issue as there were 2 of us and we know how to pay for the parking as we have parked there before. We did not forget to put the $$ in nor did we forget to write the license # on the envelope. They need to check their employees as some one is stealing and getting away with it. The point is no one wants to be told it is their mistake. It seems that the response is not addressing the fault on their part. I will not park there again and will tells others about the scam.
