S&B Remodeling & Construction

I had hired S&B Remodeling & Construction to replace and install 2 windows at my residence. I asked [redacted] if they were experienced in installing windows. He assured me ye they were experienced in installing windows. When the subcontractor came out to do the work, I again asked them if they were experienced in installing windows. They said yes. The whole job turned into a disaster. They were apparently not experienced in window installation. They eventually took out my old windows and the surrounding brick around the windows. The new windows were not correctly installed. S&B sent out a diferrent second crew to correct the 1st crews mistakes. And a 3rd guy to replace the bricks. The windows are still not correctly installed and the bricks they replaced are of a different color and surface texture. They are completely mismatched. The mortar was done horribly and is sloppy. [redacted] told me in our last conversation he was through with the job and he would do no more. His brother, [redacted] contacted me and I asked him to come see the terrible job. He never scheduled a time to come out to see the job and I have not heard from him to date. I have estimates for repairs. I have photos that I have attached.
