We began to apply for a Paycheck Protection Program Loan through the SBA Group. The DocuSign application has consistently listed the signor as ***, President. I am the secretary. We have since applied for the loan through PNC bank and now that I need to cancel the loan application, nobody at SBA Loan Group responds to my emails or phone calls. When calling , there are 4 options to select from, but each option takes you to the same person's voice mail which is full. I have no way of contacting anyone at SBA Loan Group, now that I want to cancel, they responded to all of my emails while we were still interested in applying.
