Review: I found this job on [redacted] and it stated that you will receive $150 sign on bonus after training and the day you go to training is your first day of work. I went to training Monday -Wednesday and received an email that I can not return to work because they were looking over my calls from the call center. when I tried to reach them I could not get any one on the phone. when I finally got a woman name [redacted] on the phone I asked her if I would receive my $150 sign on bonus just like the ad stated and she said she will have [redacted] call me back. I never received a phone call and I basically worked three full hour days from 9-4pm and did not receive any payment for my time of work. No one is getting back to me and no one is returning my calls or even trying to settle my request for my $150 sign on bonus . I filled out a w4 form and they have all my information. so I feel like my hard labor was used for free and I have yet to receive payment and I think this company should be stopped because myself and others are dealing with the same issue .Desired Settlement: I would like my payment that was stated on the employment ad . which is $150 for training

Review: SBC Financial contacted me about getting a business funding. They initially told me they would advance me 14,500. Then they came back and told me they wanted to do a short term loan first and then the additional funds will be available in 20 days. They never funded me the additional funding after the 20 days even though I had a contract with them. I did everything I was suppose to do in order to comply with there requirements. I called every day after the 20 days and they continued to tell me , every day, that the funds would be in my account, which it wasn't , ever. I had since looked them up on the internet using the name of the person who initially contracted with me. [redacted], and [redacted].

I completed the payback, but this is bad business practices and very fraudulent. I have the initial and secondary loan contract they sent me.Desired Settlement: Since they did not live up to their contract, I want all interest and fees I paid back. Also, they need to be stopped. I am not the only one who fell for this SCAM.

Review: SBA promised a business loan to our company. The contract was signed, and no funds have been received. SBA will not respond to any messages and/or emails.

We followed every detail that was requested, and the underwriting department has said that the funding has been processed. It would only take 72 hours to post to our account. This should of posted to our account October [redacted]. Since then, the company has not responded to my attempts to contact them.

I have enclosed the contracts to the 2 part loan, we received the first part. The 2nd part which has yet to fund to our account.

I feel that this business is not a reputable business, and other small business should be made aware.

1) deposit the 2nd part of the funds into our business account, as contract shows

or

2) void the 1st part of the loan and refund us our 'interest and fees' part of the loan
