Unfortunately I am forced to deal with this horrible company as they are the ones who handle the repairs for the company I bought my phone from I am livid and frustrated and seriously considering changing phones just so I don't have to EVER deal with this company and their horrendous customer service I sent my phone in for screen replacementI was given the repair order form the company I bought the phone fromOn it - it had my home addressWhich is not my shipping/mailing addressSo I included very clear instructions on a separate piece of paper advising to please ship to my mailing address - not my home addressThat was never done it was shipped to my homeDon't know how to read much? I called [redacted] and they advised only the shipper can re-route the pkgSo I emailed SBE and they responded they re-routed the pkg to my shipping address Once I finally had the time to try to switch back over to my newly repaired phoneI find that it won't even turn onThe power button is practically flush with the side of the phoneIt's not functioning whatsoeverSo it wasn't checked properly when my screen was replaced to make sure it was working So again I have to contact the company that I bought the phone from, open a new repair order and ship the phone back THIS time I even edited the address on the repair order itself to strictly show my shipping address and nothing else in hopes I wouldn't run into the same situation as last timeWell, the same [redacted] thing happened againI don't understand So I forwarded my previous email communications regarding this issue to the customer service team with SBE and advised this happened againI haven't heard a word I called in to follow up and I'm told that they don't re-route pkg's***???? It had to be done and was done beforeAnd I'm being told now they don't do it? It's ONE phone callI've wasted so much time dealing with this company it's unbelievableIt shouldn't be my responsibility to go and pick up the pkg, waste my time and gas, when clearly people don't know how to read simple instructions And even still - it's a matter of customer service, [redacted]

I've been dealing with SBE Canada located in Mississauga, ON since April for the repair of a manufacturers defect for my *** mobile device as *** *** uses SBE Canada for their warrenty service department since exiting the Canadian marketIt is now August I paid for the original repair for the device, but a week after the product was returned the same defect appeared againAfter sending in the device, as per ***'s request as SBE Canada has a day repair warrenty policy SBE Canada does not honour this warrenty and will not release my device unless I pay the release feeI have not filed a complaint, yet, as *** Corporate Office in North Carolina is currently trying control this situation before pursuing a further claim I do not recommend dealing with SBE Canada whether it be from the manufactuaer or through Bell or Rogers extra warrenty services Be aware if you use SBE Canada for your service requests
