In response to your inquiry we take acceptation to the complaintThe complainant in question has a history of non-payment and presenting NSF checks (see attached) to avoid legal action, such as evictionThe complainant has vacated the premises leaving her account in arrears in the amount

I was never afraid of eviction as I know the monies exploited by the apartment manager were gotten unlawfully. I sent them the statue from the City of Philadelphia stating that the money asked for advance payment due to my bad credit rating. I was told the $3500 was for advance not security. Security was said AFTER I moved in and was told the next months rent was due. ONLY then was I told the money was to be used for security.
 
Through SEVERAL letters and three phone calls I was told by their account that the interest and escrow account number could not be given to me, which is my legal right. When they still would NOT tell me the interest rate on the money, I   informed them that until I got that info I would use the money prepaid for rent. I was requesting this information since the SECOND month of residency and through the six months after for my interest amount. No one would respond.\
 
So I disagree totally with their response. I have vacated the property and am awaiting my one month security to be returned. I was told the apartment was fine when the walk thru was done. I want my balance including and interest earned from money paid in advance.
