The INLA has a wonderful partnership with SBGA We have received excellent and professional person to person service with Scott N*** He is quick to respond to our concerns and finds us the perfect person in the company to talk with if he is unable to solve our issueWhat is used most in the association office and by members is the merchant service I have had conversations with the merchant service department and they have always resolved my issues while being very courteous

I have worked with this company since 2007 and the customer service has been outstanding. Fast replies to questions, visits to our office when needed, providing solutions to business needs and planning for our future!!

Switched to SBGA in 2014 and so happy that I did. The service has been great, everyone has been very responsive to all my questions. The team at SBGA went out of their way to assist with the transition from our previous processor. Plus they have made us ready for the Smart Chip Cards. I feel like we are ahead of the curve and we have saved a lot of money in credit card processing fees.

Our experience has been very positive with SBGA. We have members who have been able to save monthly on their credit card processing with them. Their service is excellent as well.

SBGA has been very helpful in providing competitive rates while making sure we were ready for the chip-card transition with both our equipment and internal compliance measures. Their outside sales rep and internal customer service team were very professional and responsive during our transition from our former processor. We also appreciate the easy accessibility and guidance from SBGA when a question does arise.

No hassle and no surprises along with great service. I don't want to spend time worrying about what my processor is doing and that's why I use merchant services.

I am a bit of a technophobe, so when I had a problem and my business partner was not around to help me out, I called SBGA with great fear, being sure that I would not understand, would not be able to do the required steps, and would have to close our business for a couple of days. To my amazement, my phone call was answered, I was immediately switched to the correct person who calmly, gently, and patiently helped me. Problem solved. My experience with these guys over the past couple of years has been consistently positively. I would recommend their services without hesitation.
