I'm opening this case now because at the time I received the item (March [redacted]) I did contact the seller to let him know he sent me the wrong model. He immediatly agreed that it was a mistake from the warehouse staff since they had the correct item available. So, we agreed that since I would be in Houston, Tx on April [redacted], that I should bring the wrong item and they would refund the item price ($275) plus all the extras expenses ($100) I would incur with the process of bringing it back to USA. Once in Houston, I e-mailed him giving my full address so they could arrange to pick the item up. Only almost month later (May [redacted]) they issed a returning label which I printed and used to return the item. On May [redacted] USPS sent me the update info about the item saying it was delivered.And as always I had to get in touch with him again to remind him about his financial obligations with me. Initially weve exchanged a lot of e-mails and he seemed to be available to co-operate to my satisfaction. But now ses ignoring me ever since he got the item returned. And Im pretty sure he acted with bad faith with the explicit intention to deceive me because he knew something I didnt: If 30 days passes since the estimated delivery date of the item, the purchase would no longer be eligible for the [redacted] Money Back GuaranteeSo, I all want now is for my money to be fully refunded ($375) and for him to learn a lesson and no longer incur in a dishonest behavior with someone else in the future.OBS: Item price + Returning cost = $375Anxiously waiting response.Thanks.Desired Settlement: I would like to have all the money spent in this process refunded. This situation is causing me other negative side-effects, extreme distress and financial embarassment before other entities.

They do not pick the phone up and they are definitely willing to go ahead with their scam. They need to be severely punished, they should be banished from [redacted] and other online services in order to save other peoples in the future from their swindle activities.
