Review: I ordered magazines from them in March. I let 4 months pass because they stated on their website that magazines could take 16 weeks to start. I made contact with is company in July regarding my magazines and they told me it would start in August. I got no response. Waited till September and told them I wanted my money back or a refund, otherwise I will report them by the end of September. No response. Contacted them again and stated again that I wanted a refund and now they want my full name and address.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. I won't deal with these crooks ever again

Review: I ordered People Magazine subscription through SBIC on 2/*/15 online. Money was deducted from my credit card on 2/**/15 Never received magazine. People magazine has no record of my subscription. Filed a complaint with my credit card company and was denied, saying I have received the product (but they don't know what product is) SBIC provided a copy of a signature on a ipad for this product. Never did anyone at this address sign for anything. The supposed scribble of a signature is not from this address. Cannot contact SBIC through any phone number and several phone numbers have been disconnected. This company is operating under false pretenses. They have my money but I have no product (subscription).Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to my credit card for product never received.

Review: I have a problem with a magazine order I placed on 11/**/12 with [redacted] which is through SBIC Enterprises.
I ordered Madd magazine for 2 years. The 2 year and 1 year price was the same at $20.00. The same sale is still listed on the [redacted] site.
I used a coupon to save 10%. So I should receive 2 years with a total of 12 issues for $18.00.
Now Madd magazine sends me a notice to renew because my 1 year order is all most over. I only received 6 issues, but paid for 12.
I called Madd magazine and they said I had only a 1 year subscription to the magazine.
I told them how I had the 2 year for the price of 1 year order. They said I had to contact the company that I placed the order with
because they submitted the order wrong.
I have tried to call [redacted] at ###-###-####, but only get "the magic jack customer your trying to get
a hold of is not available". I have not received any calls back. I have sent 2 emails with no response back.Desired Settlement: I would like either the total 12 issues that I paid for OR a refund of $9.00 for the 6 issues that I won't receive.
Business
Response:
$9 refunded to customer on credit card on 11-**-13.
