regarding my complaint with Global Vacation offers. Last week your company sent me a form to send back to them filled out so that your company could send me my refund of 800.00. Today 1/14/16 I called customer service 800-360-3863 asked if my refund which they stated would be a money order was mailed out as of yet? Customer service Gracey stated now I have a new form to be motorized then the process would start! WOW another set back, I do not know if I should fill out the form or not? Can you help me? I am so upset your company continues to stall and hold back my 800.00 refund. I am attaching the new form they want me to fill out, can you please call me? I so appreciate all your help!
