Review: I sent a death claim on July **, 2015 for my mother's insurance policy. I followed up by phone on August ** (more than 15 business days later) and was told the claim was processed. Followed up again on August ** and was told they needed a copy of my driver's license which I immediately e-mailed of which they acknowledged receipt and stated it would be processed immediately. Today, September *, I was told it would be mailed shortly.Desired Settlement: Since this is a holiday weekend and more than a month has passed, I would like them to expedite this check and send it by priority mail so that I may receive it by Saturday, the latest. It is ridiculous to have to go through such a long and arduous system to receive a simple claim.
