Brad was not convinced He looked at our issue, explained what he saw and said, "let me put in some dye, keep it in there a couple weeks, and let's see what we've got." He explained some of the techniques that others had used and it was evident that he was speaking from many years of knowledge I appreciated his honesty, integrity, and his follow-through on all dates, concerns, and promises Sure enough, we did not need to buy a new system at multiple thousands of dollars
Instead he was able to order a part, come back, install it himself, and after multiple visits, the entire cost was $ I would highly, without a doubt recommend this company You just don't find them like this anymore, and I'm thrilled that we did
Dave (the co-owner) at Cowboy's was prompt in showing up to give us a quote for installing a complete HVAC system in our home. They began the job that Thursday and finished Friday at quitting time. Dave had a crew of 5-6 workers with each their own specific task to perform. Dave even got dirty and helped. All were very courteous and cleaned up completely (including vacuuming) after the job was completed. As an added bonus the distributor shipped a larger/better heat pump than ordered and he will be making the distributor absorb that cost making us several hundred dollars to the good.. Hats off to the Cowboy team for an excellent job done and their customer service skills. I will be referring anyone I know to Cowboys Heating and air.
Cowboys Heating & Air is a great company. I've used them at our house in Dayton for nearly 5 years now. We are stationed out of state, and rent the house out. They (usually Brad) have taken are of the units any time I have needed them, and the units are getting old. So they've been there a few times. They're very polite and professional, they always come when they say they are. They stay in communication with us regarding anything. Huge plus! I've already referred them and brought them another customer. They made that customer extremely happy. You won't find a more trustworthy team to take care of your cooling and heating needs. Another huge positive....they will not nickel and dime you like others I have had out to that house. I highly recommend them, 100%.
