2/16/with an opportunity to pay in full before his internet was shut off for nonpayment of January and FebruaryWe received no payment or response and his connection was shut off on 2/18/On March 3, 2015, another statement was mailed to MrR*** noting his overdue balance asking him to pay in full to be reconnectedApril 3, 2015, another statement was mailed to MrR*** asking him to pay in full by 4/15/or his account would be turned over to collectionsSBT Internet received no responseAt that time, our installer was asked to remove our equipmentDave, our installer is a Baptist minister who has worked for SBT for many years and we have never had a complaint whatsoever about himHe went to MrR***' home at *** * *** * to retrieve equipmentHe knocked on the door of the home and MrsR*** answered the door and Dave introduced himself, who he worked for, and that he was told to uninstall the internet equipmentMrsR*** invited him into the house and told him he would have to speak to her husbandAgain Dave introduced himself as before and said that MrR*** exploded with anger cursing and swearing at himHe then allowed Dave to retrieve SBT's equipmentMrR***' has been given every opportunity to correct these issuesIt's unfortunate that he feels the need to make claims against our installerWe are denying his request for $compensation for his mental hardship and we will follow through with sending his account to the collections agency as all uncollected accounts are handled.
