My refund was to be deposited 3/14 and latest was 3/19. Sbtpg nor turbotax notified me in anyway of My Refund being on a hold due to suspicious activity. Nor of me having 7 business days to verify my identity. Every single day since 3/14. Ive been on the phone trying to find my Tax refund. To my knowledge my fees where going to be taken out for turbotax fee. By turbotax itself. Not by this third party bank. All its been for myself is a total nightmare. Every single call I make not once can you just speak with a live rep. Or you get busy signal or dial tone. Turbotax says I need to contact my finacial institution where I filed for direct deposit to be transfered. So here I am contacting my bank and ever single live rep I spoke with notified me of no deposits being transfered to my account. Not even an ATTEMPT OF ANY DEPOSIT OF ANY KIND. N WHAT DO I GET FROM REP OF SBTPG A LAUGH N YES WE DID ATTEMPT TO DEPOSIT REFUND N UR BANK REJECTED IT, n I needed to contact my bank for info of why it was rejected. N mind you im still not notified of my identity needing to be verified by any of the reps I spoke with all they could tell me is it was rejected by my bank so now they where to send back to IRS N TO GIVE THEM 2-3weeks to send back and to give. Irs 10-12 weeks. And no one could give me exact date of when my refund was going to be sent back because it was going to be sent back in batches and rep stated in his exact words ( Ummmm ummmm, (silence) umm sr I cant give u date because umm uhhh I dont kniw like I said its going to be sent in batches. Which dont make no sense to me its going to be sent back in batches why in batches. Ummm idk sr . mind you they have had my refund since 3/13. My deposit date was 3/14. And still nothing. Irs dont have my refund yet. Sbtpg has it till this day. Got email stating from date of 3/28 to keep on checking with irs to see if refund is there but to allow them the 2-3 weeks and irs 10-12. I just want my refund. I was never given a chance to verify my identity or of another way I could get my refund. Nothing just tht it was being sent back to irs n that was all the info they had on my account that they could help me with. I just need my refund expedited to me deposited in my account. Being that im a second card holder on direct deposit account there shouldnt have been no problem depositing refund. And with that being said I had even had notarized letter stating that my refund was to deposited into my common law wifes account and me being second card holder on account so there wouldnt be no bs like wat is happening to me now.
